Terms and Condition
1. Payments
* Customers must complete payment within 15 days after the auction concludes.
* Dealers must complete payment within 30 days after the auction concludes.
* Late payments may result in order cancellation, forfeiture of winnings, or suspension of bidding privileges.
2. Koi Guarantees
* Nishikigoi Alliance offers credit guarantees for the following cases:
* Death during Azukari Period
* Severe physical deformation
* Major color disappearance
* The final decision will be made by Nishikigoi Alliance's quality control team.
3. Shipping Deadline
* All koi must be shipped no later than December 31, 2025.
* Shipping arrangements must be made in advance with sufficient notice to avoid delays.
* Nishikigoi Alliance's reserves the right to charge holding or care fees for koi not shipped by the deadline.
4. Dealer Commission & Shipping Fees
* Dealers will be charged a commission fee for each koi won by their registered customers.
* Commission rates and terms will be provided to each dealer in advance.
* Dealers are also responsible for collecting shipping costs from their customers.
* Shipping costs will be charged upon shipment and are determined based on destination, size, and number of koi.
* Dealers must coordinate payments and shipping arrangements on behalf of their customers, unless otherwise agreed with Nishikigoi Alliance.
5. Ownership & Risk Transfer
* Ownership of the koi transfers to the buyer only after full payment has been received.
* All risk (e.g., illness, injury) remains with Nishikigoi Alliance until koi are handed over to the carrier for shipment.
6. Health & Quarantine
* All koi are sold in healthy condition and have undergone standard quarantine procedures.
* Nishikigoi Alliance is not responsible for health issues arising after shipment or due to improper acclimation by the buyer.
7. Auction Integrity
* Bidders and dealers agree not to engage in bid manipulation, collusion, or any unfair bidding practices.
* Nishikigoi Alliance reserves the right to cancel any suspicious bids or accounts.
8. Changes & Amendments
* Nishikigoi Alliance reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
* Updated terms will be communicated via email or published on the official auction platform.
